Mission

To apply the talents, skills, and passion that God has placed in us to serve those who want to accomplish their dream, goal or destiny of purchasing a home, income, commercial or industrial property assets. To help families, small or large, realize that they can own their own home usually in the near term of time. To help more people develop wealth through real property that they will be able to establish a legacy for their children and grandchildren.

Vision

I acknowledged God´s inspiration in my life in approximately 1971. That was when I first recall consciously paying attention to Him. I later realized that my life and time were not my own to squander, but instead were to be used for the purpose of developing the vision and destiny that He created me for. Newman's Enterprises, Inc. is part of the vision that God has given me. Newman's Enterprises, Inc. was formally established in January 1997, and was incorporated on January 9, 2001. We received our California Dept. of Real Estate license in January of 1997 and Broker´s license on July 18, 2001. We have been continuously developing and executing our corporation and strategic plans that will ensure our corporate base in Los Angeles for generations to come.

As our mission states, we are compelled to apply what God has deposited in us in order to help others accomplish their dreams and goals.  As a result, we consider the firm to be a "Helps Ministry." It means a lot when people trust us enough to assist them with their own vision of purchasing a home, acquiring real property assets and increasing their quality of life. By the end on the year 2008, we have helped over 150 families secure homes in the greater Los Angeles area. We are committed to your success, increasing every person's quality of living!

Thanks to those whom we have already served, we have come to realize that the ever-growing vision is much larger than the visionary. By studying, learning, and applying the talents that God has placed in us, we are grateful to say that He has blessed and is blessing all of us, and now we can look to the future with full confidence, drawing not from our own strength, but from the knowledge that we can do all things through Christ Jesus!

In California, we have collaborated with clients from Long Beach to Palmdale, and Redondo Beach to Rialto with progressive understanding, knowledge, skill and passion. While we do not set any limits to the areas in which we serve, we have "staked our claim" in the following communities:
